Weekend fasting update

 Saturday I think I ended up having 4 juices total, along with water and coconut water. I have added a plant based protein that I found at Walmart. I did of course research first and found out pea protein is good. I was able to find this:




 I don't use it with every juice. I used it at dinner time or before or after the gym. 

Saturday night was date night and the boyfriend brought food back. I did have a few bites but nothing to consider a meal and I am ok with this. I will not be perfect all the time, I can only do what I can do. Besides, not many people understand juicing and think you're starving yourself. I dont believe this, and it wasn't the case. 

Here is one of my juices from Saturday. 




Sunday I was ok in the morning, since I brought a juice over for date night for the morning. But I learned that you need to blend the protein powder. It doesn't shake well. The taste is fine, I actually don't notice the difference. 

Sunday I went shopping for a few more things for juices. I was low on beets and celery and wanted to get a few more items. I also bring my boyfriend lunch to work so I picked up things for that a well. He doesn't juice so the contrast is kind of funny. 





Overall the weekend was good. 


I did notice my lower back was a bit sore. I’m not sure if it’s related but it’s worth mentioning.
