Update

 It’s been a bit. I’m still doing well. I juice for 2 meals per day. I’ll have some healthy snacks in between and eat 1 meal per day. Also healthy. 

My mood has improved as well. 

I have noticed that my BM’s are more solid and clean that previously. 

I haven’t hit the gym much this week. I started a new last week and I’m trying to get into a routine. It’s a poor excuse, but a bonus I get steps in because I am on my feet. 

I’m currently at the gym and did a weight check before starting and I’m at 156.8 so I’m staying consistent and haven’t gained. 

That’s all for now. I’m going to finish this work out.
