Fasting day 1-4

      I enjoy writing and sharing my feelings, even if no one reads them LOL. I have had a crappy week. Maybe I will get into it as I go but as a result I had absolutely no appetite at all. My emotions have been a wreck. Today is Friday Aug 21, 2020 and the last meal I had was Saturday Aug 15, 2020. I did have attempt dinner with a friend Sunday Aug 16, but all I had was a small bowl of miso soup and a couple of pieces of raw sushi. I guess you can say that my official fast started Sunday night. I would wake up in the morning and have a gatorade/powerade or body armour. Then I would continue to fill my 32oz water bottle with water through the day. My stomach would grumble a few time during day 1 and 2. 

My sleep was also out or wack. I couldn't get decent sleep at night but I would nod off on the couch. I continued to stay hydrated. Around Wednesday I discovered it was not safe to trust a fart. Just be warned. my energy was ok, I didn't attempt to exercise or anything. I spent some time at the beach to try to clear my mind. 

Thursday, after I decided to add some juice to my routine. When I was getting things I needed I noticed my tongue was white. This is a sign of detoxing. I had 1 juice on Thursday. While at the store, I weighed myself and I think I am down around 10 lbs from the start. 

Today is day 5 of fasting. I made a juice for breakfast. I am hoping to add exercise back into my routine. My mood is slightly better, but I am a work in progress. 


Thats all for now, I will try to keep this up to date for anyone interested in fasting. I am off for either a walk or to hit the gym.
